① PVC resin barrel single blend modified material. Some enterprises use different quality, complex composition of waste production sealing strip, and in the blending without modifier at the same time add excessive filler, that is, to become a high filling PVC sealing strip, this rubber strip strength is poor, low elasticity, easy to break. Some manufacturers also add aromatic oil or oil refining residue heavy oil instead of plasticizer, so that the sealing strip products not only smell pungent, but also deform and shrink in a short period of time, even fall off, so that doors and windows lose their sealing effect, so this kind of rubber strip is prohibited.
② EPDM/polypropylene cross-linked dynamically vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer material (TPV). This is a foreign standard has been developed, the domestic also has the industry standard of new materials, domestic and foreign building doors and windows are used. The performance of this TPV material is equivalent to that of vulcanized EPDM rubber. Due to its good processability, small specific gravity, high window rate, and no heavy metals and halogens, it is a new energy-saving and environmentally friendly material with high practical value. 4000 yuan/M2 above the property began to choose.
③ High degree of polymerization resin crosslinking blend modified elastomer material (TPE). It is characterized by no vulcanization process, and the use of thermoplastic molding method for processing, can greatly shorten the molding cycle, and waste can also be recycled, and reuse, is conducive to saving money and energy, is a promising material, can be used as a substitute for vulcanized rubber. The modified PVC sealing strip has good resistance to compression deformation, which is considered by the National Building Association to replace EPDM as the sealing strip and weather strip of doors and windows. Its performance is the same as TPV, but the raw material formula is different. At present, the sales price is slightly lower than TPV. For customers, it is a high-quality and low-cost product. It can improve the grade of doors and windows without increasing the cost. With high marketing value, it has become the material of choice for door and window manufacturers and export products.
